We will "hold your hand" through all situations, undertaking the work either on or off site.   We offer advice or hands on support and guidance through to the end to businesses in an ever increasing employment law minefield.   We do not advise and then walk away – we listen to what the issue is, advise you of the action to take, get your buy-in to the proposed action and then undertake the necessary work to resolve the issue.  

If required we will undertake home visits for sickness absence management; undertake grievance investigations and carry out disciplinary hearings, freeing you up to carry on with your day job.     We can provide crib sheets and train your managers to undertake the work should this be your preferred option.

We are able to offer HR support and guidance to employees having difficulty in the workplace.
